Features

1) High efficiency and energy saving

 The current drops by 10-30%. The rotor is equipped with pre-magnetized (charged) magnets that have their own magnetic field and do not require current excitation.

 High performance. It uses neodymium iron boron magnets, currently the strongest permanent magnets available, with an operating temperature of up to 150℃.

 Excellent energy efficiency. Maxwell simulation design; advanced computer simulation technology, optimized magnetic field distribution, and electro-magnetic-thermal three-term coupling analysis.

 Less is more. A single motor directly drives the load, replacing many components such as asynchronous motors, hydraulic couplings, and reducers.

 High material standards. H-grade insulation material, withstanding temperatures up to 180℃; high-strength alloy steel motor shaft, tensile strength >1000Mpa; non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet.

 Comprehensive testing. Raw material and component inspection, semi-finished product withstand voltage testing, assembly inspection, and factory testing—numerous steps ensure the reliability of every motor.

 Ultra-high torque density; advanced electromechanical design methods result in smaller size, lighter weight, and less resource consumption.

 Forced air cooling ; a simple and traditional heat dissipation solution that offers wide applicability and optimized cost.

4) Customized Products

 Reduce waste; design accurately based on the actual operating load of the host to reduce power and torque waste and enable the motor to operate in a high-efficiency range.

 Highly adaptable; optimized for heavy-load starting and light-load operation of belt conveyors, resulting in strong motor starting performance and low operating current.

 Optimized dimensions; the center of the motor is not higher than the reducer, so the original foundation does not need to be changed during the modification, making installation convenient.

5) Intelligent Control

 Equipped with a complete set of sensors, it can monitor parameters such as bearing temperature, winding temperature, current, and speed of the motor in real time.

 It has a wide speed range and operates stably from 0 speed to rated speed.

 It can provide online network monitoring, and the APP can directly read various operating parameters and provide online fault alarms.
