6) High-precision positioning control
Adopt RTK BeiDou differential positioning, two-dimensional code navigation and other precise positioning navigation technology to realize high-precision positioning and control. All the environment sensing data are collected through communication network, fused and processed by NCU, and form decision-making instructions, and the decision-making instructions are issued by VCU in a unified way, and executed by each component, and their status is returned to VCU and NCU to provide the basis for decision-making and execution of instruction issuance.
McNamee wheels are driven by high-precision servo motors, and through centralized group control, the rotation speed and direction of each group of motors are controlled to realize the movement of the AGV transport platform in different directions, and achieve positioning accuracy of ≤±5mm.
